Account closure by player: You may request closure of your ace367 account at any time by contacting our support team. • Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have satisfied any specified conditions — such as minimum deposit amount, payment method used, or verification status — at the time of opt-in. ace367 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. • Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that have not been used by the stated expiry time will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless expressly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. Any winnings in excess of this cap at the time of withdrawal will be removed from the balance.
• Bonus abuse: ace367 has a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. • Changes to promotions: ace367 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are in the process of being wagered in good faith.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on ace367 is conducted in accordance with the rules applicable to each specific product or market. By placing any bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant product rules.

Sports betting:

• Bets placed on ace367 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. ace367 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Platform determines in its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (i.e., odds that are clearly incorrect and inconsistent with prevailing market prices), ace367 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

Casino gaming:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ace367's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ace367 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or business operations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ace367 will:
